6.- Fee:
Before the start of the work will be done with a budget of all fees related work.
The fees are calculated depending on the surface and the uses to which they are put spaces projected, and its complexity or type of project in question (new development, restoration, …) determining factor being the surface. These fees will be payable in stages as phases are completed, depending on the type of contract signed.
In our architecture not tarifamos you regarding the final budget of the works not being, so, conditioned by the final cost, allowing us to focus on the end result that really meets the needs of the client whether economic, functional or stylistic.
